Welcome!

Business and Leadership Coaching with Authenticity and Heart.

Why do Heart and Authenticity matter when it comes to Business and Leadership Coaching?

At its core, this approach prioritizes genuine human connection, drives sustainable results, cultivates emotional intelligence, fosters positive professional environments, and enables leaders to lead with purpose and make a meaningful difference with a focus on broader societal impact.  It fosters environments where individuals and organizations can thrive in holistic and meaningful ways.

In my coaching practice, my goal is to create a safe space where individuals can explore their own paths of self-discovery, and personal growth, and find joy in everyday moments. I firmly believe that leaders who prioritize personal growth create a positive ripple effect within their organizations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee well-being.

About My Leadership Journey:

Over the course of an 18-year career in marketing, I made a name for myself as the leader to bring in when you were ready to scale your startup marketing efforts. As the company’s first marketing executive hire, I built a new discipline in marketing, hired and grew marketing teams, built a foundation and process for growth, and stayed focused on the brand’s big picture while executing the day-to-day.

For over 20 years, I have served as a group fitness instructor, guiding thousands of folks on their movement journeys. My approach centers around prioritizing feeling good and infusing good music and plenty of fun throughout. By fostering trusted partnerships with members, promoting positivity, and creating an enjoyable work environment, I have built a reputation for motivating and inspiring others to embrace the transformative process with enthusiasm.

Today, and for the last decade, as a business and leadership coach, I teach folks new leadership skills and how to flex new (emotional) muscles that level up their leadership capability, fulfillment, adaptability, and confidence.

Here are a few notable highlights of my career:

  • Over a decade of experience coaching entrepreneurs, small business owners, and tech and startup leaders.
  • Worked with leaders from companies like Oracle, Tenable, Amazon, DocuSign, Avalara, Uplevel, Compass, Simple Bank, Trupanion, and TomboyX.
  • Featured as a Keynote and Speaker at events like Women in Tech Regatta Seattle, Meet the Coaches Seattle, ACT-W Hosted by ChickTech, Girls Club hosted by Factor8/The Sales Bar, and TechStars Startup Week.
  • Regularly featured as an expert on shows like Human Capital Insitute’s 9-to Thrive Podcast, The Super Managers Podcast, The Geek Leader Podcast, Seattle’s New Day NW, The Shameless Mom Podcast, and more.
