I’m coming at you this week with a runner’s high. My brain is on fire with exciting, creative ideas for you.
The first one is this week’s challenge: Be in your AWESOME.
As you head into the week, I want to challenge you to ask yourself, or even better, ask someone around you for feedback. Not just any feedback, but I want you to ask them something awesome about you.Think of this as a mini 360-degree survey of people around you. If you’re struggling with who you might ask these people: Your boss, co-workers, spouse, friends, or even your kids! Send it an email or be brave and ask them face to face. And then write that stuff down and put it in a place you will see it.
Here’s the deal. I’ve seen in myself and in working with my clients that when we really can flourish is when we understand our strengths, as well as our weaknesses. To be empowered we must understand our power.
You can do this.
So, this week, discover and then write down your strength.
Stand in your power.
Be in your AWESOME.
Go forth and flourish!
p.s. If you are enjoying this post and think a friend or family member would too, would you share or forward it on?
p.p.s. In addition to empowerment, here are a few random things I’m obsessed with this week, 1. My running coach, Beth Baker, from Running Evolution and her new pack program. 2. This song by Florida, because this week it is going down, for real.
