I have been obsessed with mindfulness recently. Not only it is it the core of my upcoming Mastermind workshops, it is the topic of today’s vlog.
I’m sure plenty of you have already learned so much about proper meditation and breathing techniques, or you’re already using an app or coach, so I wanted to go beyond the usual. I’m asking an important question that never gets asked: Why do YOU do it? We all know why we should do it: an increase in happiness, greater productivity and drive, and there are there are so many successful people in the world who preach mindfulness. But I want to know: why you specifically keep returning to your mindfulness practice?
