Friend, today we are embarking on a new journey, a new video series that is very personal to me, A Path Towards Health.
Time and again, when I muster the courage to share my personal experience with anxiety and depression, I find that there are so many of us who struggle silently with emotional wellness. While it can be challenging to share, I also feel so grateful that I can be the catalyst to courageous conversations like these, and I want to start that conversation here, with you too. We don’t have to be alone in our struggle. If there’s something I’ve seen first hand, it’s that in challenging times having even just one person in your corner can make a huge difference. So here I am. In your corner.
Before we begin, I’m not a doctor, not a psychologist, not a mental health professional, not an expert. I am a human working towards emotional well being.

Everyone’s journey is different, and what works for me might not work for you. That’s SO normal. Living with mental health challenges is an ongoing journey. My hope is that we can encourage each other to keep taking one step forward, however small the step may be.
